Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Tech Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our technology recruitment efforts and build high-performing engineering teams.

This role will be crucial in shaping our talent strategy and scaling our engineering organization to support business growth.

The successful candidate will work closely with engineering leadership and key stakeholders to deliver on hiring objectives while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive hiring strategies across Software Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure.\
  • Optimize recruitment processes for efficiency, scalability, and exceptional candidate experience.\
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workforce needs and build proactive talent pipelines.\
  • Define and track recruitment metrics and KPIs to evaluate success and drive continuous improvement.\
  • Lead strategic workforce planning in collaboration with business and HR teams.\
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to the recruitment team.\
  • Foster strong collaboration between talent acquisition and hiring managers.\
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill technical roles.\
  • Build and maintain relationships with key technical communities and talent pools.\
  • Implement and manage recruitment technologies, tools, and assessment frameworks.\
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market intelligence.\
  • Design and embed best-in-class technical assessment processes.\
  • Partner with senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.\
  • Collaborate with HR teams on employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.\
  • Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment metrics and market trends.\
  • Build strong relationships with key hiring managers.\
  • Recruit and hire top technical talent for various engineering positions.\
  • Manage and coach a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals.\
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of technical skills and requirements.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.\
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.\
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.\
  • Plan and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.\
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and results.\
