We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage all company secretarial matters, including correspondence, corporate files and registers, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience in corporate secretarial administration, knowledge of the Companies Act, and excellent communication skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing company secretarial matters for clients
- Maintaining corporate files and registers
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conducting client due diligence
- Maintaining accurate records
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in corporate secretarial administration, a Chartered Secretary qualification, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and IRAS e-stamping.
