Job Overview:

We are seeking a Commercial Director to lead our dark stores strategy in APAC, EU, and Turkey. This role will involve developing and implementing commercial strategies, building and leading high-performing teams, and fostering a collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies for our 300+ dark stores, aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead the establishment and growth of the commercial team, including hiring, training, and mentoring sales and business development professionals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and efficient end-to-end commercial process.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with strategic partners.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in commercial roles within the retail industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of the retail landscape, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive strategic decisions.
