Drive Business Growth Through Retail Loan Innovation

The primary objective of this role is to develop and implement retail loan products that meet the financial needs of customers while ensuring profitability for the bank. This involves conducting market research, analyzing consumer behavior, and identifying opportunities for product innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting market surveys to stay up-to-date with interest rates and trends in retail loans.
- Providing pricing recommendations based on the bank's assets and liabilities strategy.
- Developing and promoting retail loan products through research and analysis.
- Designing operational processes for loan business and improving standard operating documents.
- Analyzing customer data to inform business decisions and prepare for data submission.
- Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Managing the CCAS system and optimizing its performance.
Requirements:
This role requires a strong understanding of banking products, services, and data, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or higher from a reputable university and at least one year of experience in loans business, product development, or business analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is also essential.
