Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through innovative product development, effective market analysis, and strategic decision-making.
This role involves:
- Identifying market trends and customer needs to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Drafting compelling content and messaging to engage customers and promote products.
- Liaising with stakeholders to launch marketing campaigns and manage customer relationships.
- Structuring reward programs and activation campaigns to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
Requirements
- A recognized university degree in a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in banking, with significant exposure to cards and personal loan business.
- Strong understanding of card lifecycle, digital product development, and analytics.
- Experience launching co-branded or digital-first credit cards is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, self-driven, and able to work independently under tight timelines.
- Proven project management skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to cards and payments.
- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese to communicate with Head Office and Chinese-speaking customers.
