About the Role:
\As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the systems supporting reserves and risk management in MAS. Your expertise in project management, technology analysis, and solution design will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operations and delivery of IT projects that serve the Financial Industry and MAS users.
\In this role, you will own and manage a suite of applications systems, own and manage a portfolio of digital services, and manage the applications and services as a portfolio. You will also be responsible for designing the application technology solution, planning and managing IT projects, and assuring the quality of systems and applications.
\We are looking for an individual with a Bachelor Degree and at least 5 years' relevant experience in supporting and/or implementing trade management systems. Proven track record in project and vendor management and delivery, and familiarity with business process analysis and re-engineering is essential.
\The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing operations, handling issues, and systems monitoring. Strong interpersonal communication and organizing skills to coordinate and facilitate project activities and discussions are also required.
\Able to work independently as well as in a team, good decision-making skills and response to high-pressure situations are necessary. Experience in Java/J2EE and/or Microsoft .NET Framework and PL/SQL programming, and good working knowledge of databases and fault-tolerant infrastructure concepts are desirable.
