- Managing Hazardous Chemicals: Ensure safe handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous substances.

- Familiarity with Singapore's chemical laboratory management policies and regulations, and the ability to handle safety emergencies effectively.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and team-building skills, as well as effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to write in Chinese and speak Mandarin.
