Job Overview:

This role entails providing administrative support for thorough adoption application processing. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the evaluation and assessment of adoption applications, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to relevant protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process adoption applications and verify supporting documentation
  • Conduct interviews with applicants and family members to gather essential information
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary case discussions to ensure a comprehensive understanding of each adoption scenario
  • Assist in preparing social reports and other required documents for court submission
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and report drafting

Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Social Sciences preferred
  • Minimum 3 months' experience in social services or related fields
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
  • Good writing ability for reports and documentation
  • High emotional resilience and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
