Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Network and Voice Support Specialist to join our team at Mapletree Investments PTE LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing network and voice support for our organization, including being the point of contact for all requests, issue resolutions, and support change requests after office hours, local and overseas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first and second-level network support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to routing and switching protocols.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and manage routing and switching protocols, including BGP, OSPF, HSRP, VLAN, and STP.
  • Work with OSI layer 7 protocols, including TCP/UDP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, and ensure compliance with security policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Manage network segmentation through routing, VPN, and SD-WAN, and ensure the security and integrity of our network systems.
  • Experience with Solarwinds, SIEM, syslog, and managing Cisco call manager and Microsoft Teams voice systems.
  • Primary responsibility for voice systems, including Cisco Enterprise Voice and Microsoft Teams.
  • Support projects and change requests, and ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Manage operational administrative activities, including supervising vendors, procuring equipment and services, maintaining billing records, and updating documentation.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Information Technology, and a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or related disciplines.
  • At least 8 years of relevant hands-on experience in network and voice support.
  • Familiarity with Cisco switching and routing, Juniper, and Palo Alto Firewall.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and a good team player with excellent communication skills.
