We are seeking a skilled professional to drive operational efficiency and profitability in our APAC team.

About the Role

This role focuses on developing and executing effective processes for client projects. The ideal candidate has a proven record in streamlined operations and project management.

The ideal candidate is deeply embedded in the local web3 community, leveraging strong networks and expertise to promote, expand, and tailor services to the specific needs of the local market.

They will also play a pivotal role in strategically expanding our existing client base within these markets.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely delivery of client work, overseeing all aspects of strategic client accounts
  • Leverage PR expertise to craft impactful narratives and boost brand visibility
  • Cultivate relationships with local web3 media, industry leaders, and influencers
  • Develop and refine a streamlined client operations process
  • Set deadlines and follow up with internal and external teams
  • Manage meeting logistics and distribute key strategic documents
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in client services operations
  • Agency experience required, with a preference for PR or digital agencies
  • Proficiency in English and the local language are essential
  • Actively engaged in the local web3 community
  • Proven ability to develop and grow client relationships
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing
  • Exceptional communication skills
