Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop strategic plans for application development and deployment.
- Design and architect scalable, containerized applications aligned with service level agreements (SLAs) and performance goals.
- Lead the migration of legacy virtual machine (VM)-based systems to containerized platforms using Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes.
- Mentor, manage, and review work from a small team of offshore developers, ensuring adherence to documentation, testing, CI/CD, and security standards.
- Drive full software development life cycle (SDLC) processes with a focus on secure coding, quality assurance, and timely delivery.
- At least 8 years of software development experience, with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
- Experience designing complex enterprise architectures and performing effort estimation.
- Background in migrating applications from VM to containers.
- Strong SDLC knowledge and experience leading distributed teams.
- Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes certification.
- Experience with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter.
- Exposure to cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Understanding of container security and compliance.
- Familiarity with Flutter/Dart and server-driven mobile web delivery.
- Knowledge of security testing tools and remediation strategies.
