Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Operations Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our residential properties, including front office management, leadership, and coordination with other departments.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role:

The Residential Operations Manager will oversee the overall operations of our residential properties, including:

  • Front Office Management: Supervise and assist Guest Services Agents in providing exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries, and resolving issues.
  • Leadership: Conduct daily audits, evaluate performance, and provide training and development opportunities for staff.
  • Coordination: Work closely with other departments, such as security, housekeeping, and accounting, to ensure seamless operations.
  • VIP Management: Meet and greet VIP residents, escort guests to their apartments, and provide exceptional service.
  • Audits and Investigations: Conduct regular checks, investigate incidents, and report to management as needed.

Requirements:

  • Front Office Experience: Proven track record in front office management, customer service, and conflict resolution.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with ability to motivate and develop staff.
