Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Execution
Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets for SAP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational objectives.
Resource ManagementAllocate resources, including project team members, consultants, and external vendors, to ensure the timely completion of project tasks and activities.
Stakeholder ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, project sponsors, steering committees, and executive leadership.
Risk ManagementIdentify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
Quality AssuranceEstablish quality standards and processes for SAP implementation projects and ensure compliance with organizational standards, methodologies, and best practices.
Change ManagementDevelop and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of SAP solutions by end-users and stakeholders.
Financial ManagementMonitor project budgets, expenses, and financial performance against planned targets.
Vendor ManagementManage relationships with SAP implementation partners, third-party vendors, and subcontractors.
Continuous ImprovementDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes, methodologies, and tools.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in project management, with a demonstrated track record of leading SAP implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP methodologies, including ASAP and SAP Activate, as well as project management frameworks such as PMBOK.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with Agile and/or hybrid project management methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or SAP Solution Manager.
