Key Responsibilities:
  • Review onboarding requirements and provide expert advice on the best options and solutions for client onboarding.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including business, sales, traders, end clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure seamless onboarding processes.
  • Liaise with technical teams to coordinate system setup and oversee the entire onboarding process.
  • Conduct thorough testing of client systems and ensure that all changes are thoroughly vetted before promoting them to production.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize client onboarding tasks and ensure that client enablement capacity is optimized.
  • Contribute to operational excellence by identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions to enhance daily operations and client onboarding workflows.
Requirements:
  • Masters' or Bachelors' degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Science discipline.
  • Minimum 3 to 8 years' total work experience, with at least 3 years' client onboarding experience in a global trading community, with a strong understanding of the FIX protocol.
  • Proven track-record in client onboarding, with excellent knowledge of customer success processes and best practices.
  • Experience using data and industry insights to influence customer decisions.
  • Ability to build rapport, influence, and educate customers through a partnership approach.
  • Commercial awareness and experience identifying revenue growth opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and apply Agile practices.
  • Evidence of a proactive approach to mitigating risk and uncovering opportunities through active questioning and listening.
  • Good organizational and project management skills for long-term, collaborative projects with institutions.
  • Strong background in UNIX and LINUX, with experience in scripting languages (Bash, Perl, Python) preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-driven mindset, good coordination skills, and a willingness to work with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Good command of spoken and written English, with most internal business users, Tech partners, Operations partners, external clients, and vendors communicating in English.
