As a Supplier Enablement Intern, you will support suppliers in setting up AcuBuy accounts and migrating existing data into AcuBuy. You will work closely with the Supplier Enablement Specialist to onboard suppliers to the AcuBuy system and guide them on setting up new accounts, updating company profiles, receiving Singtel/NCS orders, and submitting invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the Supplier Enablement Specialist to support supplier onboarding aligned with the overall AcuBuy project plan and Supplier Information Management.
  2. Support all Supplier Enablement planned activities and carry out tasks according to the planned timeline.
  3. Resolves AcuBuy issues with the task force (e.g., IT, AP, and SAP Ariba team).
  4. Guides suppliers to create new AcuBuy accounts and complete setting up/updating company profiles and bank information in their Supplier AcuBuy accounts.
  5. Contact point for business users to escalate supplier onboarding issues and coordinate with Singtel/NCS Procurement/Vendor Master Department and business user to resolve these issues.
  6. Monitors AcuBuy Supplier Outreach progress to ensure outreach is done according to the planned timeline and wave plan.
  7. Escalates and reports to the Supplier Enablement Specialist on Supplier Enablement track disputes/issues.
  8. Coordinates with other Singtel/NCS teams (e.g., Vendor Master and IT) on supplier profile issues not syncing with APEX.
  9. Guides suppliers to view orders and submit invoices via the AcuBuy system.
  10. Supports exception handling suppliers that do not want to come onboard the AcuBuy platform.
  11. Migrates existing vendor financial data in Singtel, Optus, and NCS into the AcuBuy Platform.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business Management or related field.
  • Commit to a 6-month internship (state internship availability in CV).
  • Experience working with global end-users or suppliers.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Very detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Positive can-do attitude combined with customer orientation and focus.
