Job Description:Seeking a strategic and analytical leader to oversee the development of our Asia Pacific portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial strategy, market trends, and channel operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement portfolio segmentation and differentiation strategies across APAC markets.
- Leverage shopper insights and collaborate with global and regional teams to drive portfolio strategy.
- Provide channel-specific listing direction for standard retail and drive the development of rare item approaches.
- Partner with revenue management to define how to win in the market through tactical and promotional mechanics.
- Collect and leverage quantitative and qualitative insights into listing and merchandising guidelines to ensure fact-based direction setting.
- Build and manage governance of the approach across APAC, ensuring balance between global coherence and local flexibility.
- Strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to collect and analyze data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in portfolio management or a related field.
