Portfolio Management Leader APAC

This role involves driving the growth of markets across Asia Pacific by creating and managing a portfolio strategy. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent collaboration skills, and experience in consumer goods companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a segmentation and differentiation strategy for Asia Pacific, providing clear guidelines and principles on assortment deployment.
  • Collaborate with market development teams to develop the portfolio strategy, leveraging shopper insights and data analysis.
  • Provide direction for standard retail listing and drive development of rare item approaches, ensuring alignment with other markets.
  • Partner with revenue management teams to define winning strategies by channel and customer segment.
  • Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative insights into listing and merchandising guidelines to ensure fact-based direction setting.
  • Build and manage governance of the portfolio approach across Asia Pacific, balancing global coherence with local flexibility.
  • Engage in global portfolio segmentation and differentiation strategy development, ensuring regional voices are heard.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to technology teams in developing new tools and processes for portfolio management.
  • Support organizational change initiatives in deploying portfolio-led management tools.
