Burnt Ends is a modern barbecue restaurant serving Australian-inspired barbecue and offering a wide selection of boutique wines and spirits in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.

The core of our culinary experience lies in an open kitchen concept featuring a custom four-tonne oven and multiple elevation grills. Our menu changes daily to showcase the magic that comes from cooking with wood.

This role is perfect for those who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a member of our team, you will work closely with our Executive Chef to maintain precision and attention to detail in the kitchen.

  • Provide support to the Executive Chef as needed.
  • Deliver friendly and proactive guest service.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and take pride in your role.
  • Prepare mise-en-place on a daily basis.
  • Accurately prepare meals and food items as directed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen areas.
