Job Title: Modern Australian Barbecue Cook

Are you a passionate cook looking for a new challenge? We're seeking an experienced Cook to join our team at a modern Australian barbecue restaurant in Singapore's Dempsey Hill.

Job Description:
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to standards, using high-quality ingredients and presentation techniques.
  • Ensure food quality meets brand expectations, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Assist with food prep, cutting, portioning, and plating, maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team and service crew to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • No min cert required, but previous kitchen experience is essential.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure, meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
  • Only Singaporeans and Permanent Residents may apply.
