Burnt Ends is a modern barbecue restaurant serving Australian barbecue and boutique wines in Singapore. We are seeking passionate service-driven individuals to join our team at Jewel.
Job Responsibilities:- Daily Operations Management: Ensure smooth operation and maintain quality standards across all aspects of the outlet.
- Continual Improvement: Plan, implement, and monitor activities aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Customer Service Standards: Deploy best practices to drive organisational goals and objectives.
- Staff Management: Monitor adherence to food waste management SOPs, personal hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Pleasant Dining Experience: Ensure customers have an enjoyable dining experience by promptly attending to their needs.
- Feedback Collection: Obtain customer feedback to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Facility Maintenance: Monitor setup, maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of dining areas to meet health and safety standards.
- Food Service Coordination: Coordinate between kitchen and service crew to deliver seamless food service.
- Cashiering Duties: Handle cashiering responsibilities with precision and accuracy.
- Experience: 2-3 years of F&B service experience.
- Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills essential.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
