As a key member of the Lazada marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth through innovative advertising strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement new advertising packages that increase revenue while delivering ROI to our vendors and merchants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and propose improvements to existing advertising packages to boost revenue.
- Drive adoption of pay-per-click solutions among Redmart vendors and merchants.
- Oversee end-to-end governance of Lazada Marketing Solutions, including solution booking processes, policies, scheduling, and prioritization.
- Manage backend booking platform and billing process.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in advertising / retail media operations, campaign management, digital marketing operations, or e-commerce operations.
- Strong operational and executional skills, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
- Solid understanding of online advertising workflows, campaign tracking, and performance optimization.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis, with the ability to generate reports and insights.
- Experience handling financial transactions such as invoicing, billing, and reconciliations.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
