We are seeking a highly skilled Market Implementation Specialist/Manager to join our team in Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing our products in the region, working closely with local teams and distributors to define clinical sales and branding strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement clinical sales and branding strategies in collaboration with local teams and distributors.
- Attend procedures to assess in-field product performance and identify market development opportunities.
- Understand the selling process in different Southeast Asian markets to identify roadblocks and opportunities for improvement.
- Work with local teams to identify metrics to measure selling efficacy in Southeast Asia markets.
- Support and manage new product introductions in the region.
- Maintain up-to-date market and surgical procedure information.
- Minimal degree level in science, healthcare, business, or related field.
- At least three years of experience in surgical device sales, clinical development, or marketing in the Operating Room.
- Relevant experience in a similar position and proven track record.
- Knowledge of human anatomy and laparoscopic clinical procedures.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Mandarin, or Cantonese.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.
