About This Role

This role is responsible for overseeing office operations and planning local engagement activities across Singapore and Indonesia. As an experienced Office Operations Coordinator, you will manage office facilities, front desk operations, and collaborate closely with the Finance team on payment preparation, inventory control, and budgeting. You will also establish and enforce office policies, generate reports, and analyze office operations to drive continuous improvement.
