- Administrative Support: You will provide administrative support to our team, including arranging repairs, coordinating logistics, and scheduling meetings.
- Business Travel Bookings: You will assist with business travel bookings, expenses, timesheets, and other administrative tasks.
- Procurement: You will be responsible for procuring office supplies and managing inventory.
We are looking for a candidate who is highly organized, proactive, and possesses excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have strong time-management and multitasking abilities, as well as proficiency in MS Office.
