Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support for ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery and Service Mapping tools.
  • Develop and maintain configuration management and IT asset management processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with ITIL Framework and ITSM best practices.
  • Design and implement data management solutions using export, transform, and load technologies.
  • Analyze and optimize infrastructure skills, including database, cluster, middleware, and CTRL-M.
  • Develop and maintain ImportSet processes and CI models in ServiceNow.
  • Stay up-to-date with monitoring tools and scheduling jobs.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of overall IT experience.
  • Expert knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery and Service Mapping tools.
  • 3-5 years of configuration management and IT asset management experience.
  • Familiarity with ITIL Framework, ITSM tools, and ITAM methodologies.
  • Strong skills in SQL, Excel (VBA), Power BI, and Batch (Powershell).
  • Good understanding of database, cluster, middleware, and CTRL-M infrastructure.
