Role Summary:
This position is responsible for providing operational support to our security tools and infrastructure. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of ITIL based change management and governance, as well as experience with Windows and UNIX operating systems. Additionally, knowledge of Content Delivery Network, WAF, Layer-7 security, and managing DLP and Endpoint Threat Protections would be beneficial.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and deploying new security solutions, as well as maintaining and supporting existing tools. You will work under minimal supervision on Change Coordination, Task Planning, and stakeholder management, as well as production support activities. This includes gathering information on changes to be implemented, providing status updates to TAO's and Business Unit leaders, conducting post-implementation reviews, and vendor interaction to resolve issues with minimal turnaround time.

A key aspect of this role is collaboration with other teams to resolve high-priority incidents and provide status updates to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
