**Job Summary**

This 6-month Customer Service Officer role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner

- Process and manage administrative tasks efficiently to ensure seamless operations

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Working Hours

- Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

- Tuesday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Training Period

- 1-2 weeks (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
