Job Title: Regional Automation and Robotics Lead
Job Description:We are seeking a skilled professional to lead commercial efforts for automation, robotics, and turn-key investment projects in microbiology applications. This role involves collaborating with regional and global partnerships to drive growth in the pharmaceutical industry.
This position requires strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers, influencers, and end-users, positioning our solutions as a strategic partner.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the entire sales cycle for automation and robotics solutions in microbiology.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Provide in-depth technical support and consultation to customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for business development activities.
A bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Engineering, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus. A minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in sales within the Life Sciences industry, preferably related to microbiology applications and/or automation/robotics, is also required.
The ideal candidate will have experienced managing high-value complex sales and have a solid understanding of microbiology applications and/or automation and robotics technologies used in pharmaceutical applications.
A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth is essential.
