Digital Ambassador Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of Digital Ambassador.

  • As a Digital Ambassador, you will be responsible for assisting customers with various tasks, including creating IDs, downloading apps, and navigating microsites.
  • You will also be required to manage customer queries related to Qmatic systems, Sim exchange and router transactions, and prepaid top-ups.
  • In addition, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and provide support.

Benefits and Requirements

This is a 3-month contract position with opportunities for renewal. The working hours are flexible, with availability on any 5 days of the week between 11am-8pm or 12pm-9pm.
