Key Responsibilities

(1) Client Engagement and Advisory

  • Manage and nurture client relationships
  • Identify and understand client needs comprehensively
  • Establish service parameters and expectations
  • Provide guidance on risk management and insurance solutions
  • Advise on local insurance compliance
  • Design and oversee insurance programs across various lines
  • Ensure timely and accurate policy administration, including invoicing
  • Analyze insurance program performance and recommend improvements
  • Assess client’s contractual insurance obligations

(2) Global Client Management

  • Collaborate with international Aon offices to support multinational clients
  • Design and refine global insurance strategies
  • Set service parameters and fees in line with company guidelines
  • Communicate global risk management strategies to local teams
  • Ensure local offices implement client instructions effectively
  • Utilize technology for global account oversight

(3) Delivering Comprehensive Solutions

  • Propose integrated solutions across risk and insurance sectors
  • Engage with various Aon divisions to deliver tailored solutions
  • Stay informed on innovative solutions across Aon
  • Implement client-focused value propositions and systems

Qualifications for Success

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Relevant insurance qualifications, ACII preferred
  • 8-10 years of experience in the insurance sector, with a minimum of 3 years in the local market
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and efficient
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive and adaptable demeanor
  • Strong analytical skills with a business-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A collaborative team player
