Job Overview
The role of a KYC Operations Specialist plays a vital part in managing client relationships from onboarding to ongoing maintenance. This includes initial client setup, product and entity integration, periodic reviews, and customer service management. The team collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of service requests without disruptions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team as a KYC Operations Specialist. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by handling KYC checks, addressing customer queries, and working closely with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding: Review and ensure that all information collected from customers meets regulatory requirements.
- Screening: Perform thorough background checks and mitigate screening hits for prospective and existing customers.
- Enhanced Due Diligence: Conduct interviews with customers, perform risk assessments, and identify ultimate beneficial owners.
Requirements:
A degree holder with 3-5 years of experience in KYC/AML, preferably working with corporate banking clients. Proficiency in Singapore AML/CFT regulations and guidelines is essential. Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and an entrepreneurial mindset are also required.
