About Sea Global MAP

Sea Global Management Associate Program (Sea Global MAP) is a 2-year flagship program designed for aspiring graduates who seek to create a meaningful impact with technology and become future leaders in the industry.

The program consists of 4 rotations, each lasting 6 months, providing in-depth and diverse exposure across our Core Businesses.

Please note that you may only apply for one core business, either Garena or Shopee & SeaMoney. If you're interested in focusing on Garena, please apply to the Sea Global MAP (Garena) position instead.

Your Journey with Sea Global MAP
  1. Report to senior management for at least one rotation to receive direct mentorship and guidance.
  2. Gain global perspectives and experiences through local and overseas rotations, expanding your horizons on the global stage.
  3. Steer projects across e-commerce, digital financial services, and gaming businesses, creating impact across business units.
  4. Explore possible rotations in Shopee, including E-Commerce Operations, Product Management, Marketing, and more, or in SeaMoney, covering Business Development and Partnerships, Risk Management, Product Management, and many more.
Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will undergo a rigorous selection process with our recruitment and management teams.

  1. Application: August – October
  2. Online Assessment: August – October
  3. Behavioral Interview: August – November
  4. Group Case Assessment: October – November
  5. Interviews with Senior Leaders: November – December
Who We're Looking For

We're seeking prospective and recent graduates with a recognised Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline, with 0 to 2 years of full-time working experience (as of the last day of the application window), who are proficient in English and one of the languages in our operating markets.
