The Night Shift Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of hotel front office services during nighttime hours. This involves ensuring seamless service delivery, adherence to established brand standards, and effective coordination with various departments.

  • Direct and supervise all hotel operations during night shifts, guaranteeing exceptional service delivery and adherence to established brand standards.

Key responsibilities include handling guest check-in and check-out at the reception, serving as the primary point of contact for guests during the night, and providing a welcoming, helpful, and professional presence.

Critical skills required include efficient communication with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and effective issue resolution.

The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally and make sound decisions under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar capacity within the hospitality industry, along with a diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
