Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day operation duties.Use system to issue DOs and Invoices.
- Process employee expense claims and ensure that claims are properly authorised.
- Provides financial information to management by researching and analysing accounting data, preparing reports.
- Manage day-to-day function of Accounts activities including invoicing, payments, AR & AP
- Prepare payment voucher, issue cheque and receipts for payment & staff claim.
- Review and verify invoice from suppliers
- Receiving and issuing of stock.
- Stock arranging and updating stock into system.
- Stock replenishing ordering.
- Responsible for preparation and co-ordination of the daily delivery schedule of the drivers.
- Plan daily delivery routes and assign deliveries tasks to delivery team.
- Ensure stock are accountable updated into the system during issuing, receiving and in the warehouse.
- Monthly/Yearly inventory stock take.
- Collect cash and cheques from delivery teams.
- Ensure deliveries routes are efficiently planned with customers timing restriction in mind.
- Ensure cash and cheques collected from the delivery teams are in correct amount.
- Handling of Customer’s order, feedback, discrepancies, and issues
- Assist with ad-hoc projects when required or assigned.

Job Requirements
- Able to work night shift and split shift, and OT on weekends and public holiday
