Job Overview

We are seeking highly reliable and detail-oriented team members to join our Night Retail Operations team . This role is crucial in ensuring the store is fully stocked, well-organized, and ready to deliver an exceptional shopping experience when doors open.

You will be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, executing store setups, and replenishing shelves efficiently and accurately while adhering to company safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stock Receiving & Handling

    Receive and check incoming stock deliveries against invoices and delivery orders.

Unload, sort, and organize products in the storeroom or sales floor.

Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the store supervisor.

  • Store Setup & Merchandising

    Prepare the store layout for the next business day.

Arrange visual displays and ensure merchandise is presented according to company standards.

Maintain planograms and signage as required.

  • Shelf Replenishment

    Restock shelves and display areas to ensure full product availability.

Maintain a neat, organized, and hazard-free store environment.

  • Operational & Safety Compliance

    Follow all health and safety protocols when handling goods and equipment.

Operate equipment (pallet jacks, trolleys, etc.) safely and efficiently.

Ensure all backroom and sales floor areas are secure before shift end.

Requirements

  • Experience in retail operations, warehousing, or logistics preferred (but not mandatory).
  • Able to perform manual tasks to handle stock movement and standing work during night hours.
  • Detail-oriented and organized , with the ability to work independently.
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Able to commit to night shifts , weekends, and public holidays as required.
