**Responsibilities**
- Lead a team of Operators to provide equipment support, in order to meet production requirements
- Ensure all products are manufactured in accordance to specifications, as per assembly drawing
- Generate work instructions for processes according to specifications and manufacturing processes
- Ensure all processes and procedures are adhered to
- Involve in stock taking on the production inventory
- Reduce machine downtime and plan for maintenance for production equipment
- Evaluate and improve skill level of staff within the team, provide training as required
- Continuously drive for yield improvement and cost reduction where possible
- Assist in definition of improved design and manufacturing methods
- Work closely with product designer/manager to ensure successful launch of new products
- Ensure compliance to ISO and any other standard operating procedures
- Any other duties to be assigned by Supervisor

**Requirements**:

- At least a Diploma/Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Engineering of any field
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field (eg manufacturing, semi conductor etc)
- Permanent Full Time on day shift or night shift; Working Hours: day shift (8.20am-5.50pm), night shift (5:50pm to 5:50am)
- Compulsory 2-3 months induction training on morning shift for night shift Technician
