- Report to Operations Manager in all duties of the cleaning operation
- To attend to clients’ complaints promptly
- To investigate and resolve problems efficiently without unnecessary delay
- To be involved in the recruitment and appointment of Supervisors and Cleaners
- Train, instruct, and supervise the work of Supervisors and Cleaners
- Responsible to inspect job sites for proper cleaning and inventory cleaning supplies
- Hands-on cleaning is required as and when required and any other responsibilities as assigned by Superiors
- Fetch cleaners from different locations to job sites
- To be deployed at various sites daily
- Ensure all works for Supervisor and Cleaners as set out in their Job Descriptions are completed in accordance to companies SOP
- Attend meetings with clients to understand the needs and requirement

**Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the cleaning industry
- Be able to work on Sunday and Public Holiday and on weekend (off on weekday)
- Able to do night shift (11pm to 7am)
- Willing to work outdoor
- Must possess supervisory experience in managing a group of cleaners
- Ability to work under a fast-paced environment
- Polite, patience, positive and good interpersonal skills
- Valid Class 3 driving license
