
Support Contract Administration Specialist

This role entails providing support to the Tender/Contracts Team with pre- and post-contract administration, cost comparisons, and detailed estimates.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and analyze cost comparison reports for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Negotiate quotations with subcontractors and suppliers, and prepare variation orders and claims.
- Assist in contract administration, prepare progress claims, and liaise with clients.
- Review and respond to claims and variation costs, compile subcontractor quotations, and submit for review and approval.
- Verify subcontractor/supplier claims, prepare payment certificates, and obtain approval from relevant parties.
- Prepare final accounts and variation submissions.
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building from a recognized university.
- Minimum 8 years of related working experience in industrial projects.
- Good working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with Singapore health and safety rules and regulations.
- Knowledge of local materials, works, and pricing.
- Negotiation skills.
- Construction management expertise.
- Quantity surveying skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Contract management experience.
