Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Property Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our condominium.

  • To provide administrative support for building trade and site staff, including rostering duties, discipline, performance standards, and staff welfare.
  • To conduct regular inspections of common areas, equipment, public walkways, external facade, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • To build strong relationships with residents and council members, and respond to feedback through various channels.
  • To review the management office's operations and recommend improvements as needed.
  • To attend to emergency situations promptly and effectively.
  • To ensure the development is free from fire hazards, and that fire escapes, fire doors, and access points are clear and functional.
  • To assess and submit recommendations on residents' renovation permits.
  • To prepare and conduct Sub-Committee Meetings, and assist in Council and General Meetings.
  • To perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in a property-related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in residential property management.
  • Strong attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels and lead a team.
  • Able to commit to 5.5 days per week.
  • Experience in handling TOP Projects.
