Purchasing and Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing and Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing equipment, spare parts, and materials required for steel fabrication and installation projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to liaise with contractors to procure services and ensure all specifications are met.

Additional responsibilities include verifying invoices and delivery orders prior to processing for approval, maintaining accurate documentation and records of all transactions and relevant information, and performing Goods Receipt Note (GRN) on MRP system.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in purchasing or administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to operate MRP system.
