Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive, Employee Support Specialist to join our HR Shared Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing new hire onboarding administration, staff movement activities, and other HR-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage new hire onboarding administration process
  • Manage all staff movement activities such as transfer, secondment, conversion of employment types, retirement and cessation of employment
  • Manage activities related to the Representative Notification Framework for financial advisers where required
  • Administer foreign pass-related matters
  • Uphold good data management practices by ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR systems
  • Ensure timely storage of employee documents in our electronic personnel file system
  • Provide thoughtful, accurate and timely responses to employees and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
  • Good knowledge of the Employment Act
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally and appropriately
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders of all levels
  • Positive working attitude, results oriented, and have a process and service-focused mind-set
  • Thrives in a fast-paced work environment, capable of multitasking and managing high volumes of work with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to embrace new HR technologies and adapting to changing processes
Working Arrangements

This is a full-time position based in Singapore.
