About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Support and Operations Specialist. In this role, you will gain valuable experience in managing the device lifecycle, from procurement and vendor relations to order fulfillment and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations:
    • Manage the end-to-end device lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. This includes sourcing and procurement, fulfilling orders accurately, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
    • Collaborate with logistics providers to optimize shipping and delivery, and resolve any fulfillment-related issues.
  • Customer Support:
    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and helpful information about products, services, or policies.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or complaints, escalating complex cases to appropriate teams or management when necessary.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Foster positive and professional relationships with customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
    • Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions or recommendations.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent customer service skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail. You should also be proficient in CRM software and have experience with vendor relationships and troubleshooting.

Salary: SGD 3,500 - SGD 4,200 per month
