Job Description:

As a Care Programmes Director at ATLAZ PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our student-focused care environment. Your primary goal will be to shape and deliver engaging programmes that support student development while ensuring smooth operations, team performance, and positive parent relationships.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in managing teams and daily operations, with a passion for being hands-on in dynamic environments. You will be a good communicator who can work well with parents, colleagues, and external partners. Additionally, you must be highly organized, solution-oriented, and proactive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage daily centre activities, ensuring routines run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate staff scheduling and resource use, balancing daily demands with long-term planning.
  • Maintain strict adherence to operational standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Programme Leadership:
  • Work with the team to develop and roll out activities and enrichment sessions tailored to the needs of students.
  • Introduce and refresh learning themes and activities that foster well-rounded growth.
  • Review the effectiveness of programmes through feedback and outcomes tracking.

Student Well-Being:
  • Partner with families and external parties where needed to support students who may require additional attention.
  • Ensure the environment remains nurturing, inclusive, and safe for all students.

Team Development:
  • Lead by example to foster a cohesive, motivated team environment.
  • Support team members' professional growth with regular check-ins and identifying training opportunities.
  • Provide clear guidance and encourage open communication and teamwork.
