- Assess sector gaps and opportunities to strategise use of appropriate interRAI assessment in comcare sectors.
- Drive sector adoption of interRAI in nursing home, centre and homecare sectors through forging of strategic collaborations including establishment of Community of Practice (CoP)
- Develop comprehensive sector communications strategy and plan.
- Partner MOH to implement appropriate changes to policy, service improvements, quality strategy and equitable funding through data.
- Strengthen business development with interRAI international through collaborative research, publications, medical education and consultancy programmes.
- Identify opportunities and drive collaborations with RHS, mental health and disability sectors to expand use of interRAI in strategic greenfield areas.
Capability Building, Training and Accreditation
- Oversee development and implementation of sector wide training strategy and resource planning.
- Design sector training strategy life cycle to optimise system efficiency
- National office for Accreditation and Standards for interRAI assessment in Singapore and Office for Registry of interRAI Assessors
IT Enablement
- Oversee IT deployment into sector.
- Assess business and IT product life cycle to implement product upgrade that meets business needs.
National Data and Knowledge management
- Oversee setting up of interRAI analytics and data/ knowledge management framework and structure
- Develop national clinical quality strategy using interRAI data
- Develop national funding framework and instrument using interRAI
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity
- Prior experience in healthcare, project management or operations in community care, primary care or hospital is desirable
- Systems thinking and strong analytical skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- High self and situational awareness
- Adaptable to changes, resilient, open mindedness
- Nurturing with an interest to teach and develop junior staff
