- OtherBe the In-Charge (IC) in AIC to front the support and/or facilitate implementation of HSG programme including designing, troubleshooting and proactively monitoring assigned Primary Care Network’s progress.
- The role would require the IC to have a good understanding of HealthierSG programme and sound understanding of systems thinking.
- This include, but not limited to, the ability to see patterns, behaviour, systemic structures and go deeper in understanding the areas of challenges.
- Strong effective quality assurance overview and know, in particular facilitate internal PCN’s support structure with AIC and external agencies for a coherence planning and implementation.
- Be the key interface with other programmes and corporate, technical and specialist standards including managing the programme's budget monitoring expenditure and costs against delivered and realised benefits as the programme progresses

**Programme Evaluation**
- Working with the PCN leaders on the phases of change to the new HSG business model as the regular model
- Managing both the dependencies and the interfaces between projects that can span across different PCNs
- Managing risks to the programme's successful outcome including but not limited to processing the claims from PCNs, liaising with MOH and other AIC Divisions to ensure proper controls in place for the fund administration.
- Initiating extra activities and other management interventions wherever gaps in the programme are identified or issues arise
- Reporting the progress of the programme at regular intervals

**Job Requirements**:

- Trained in systems thinking and experienced in implementing and facilitated change would be an added advantage
- Possess strong organizational skills, critical thinking, analytical and structured approach toward and problem-solving
- Highly driven, self-motivated, resilient and tenacious
- Has a flexible approach, able to thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Experience with basic financial management skills to oversee programme evaluation
- Degree holder in any discipline with minimum 7 years of relevant working experience
