Key Responsibilities:
  • Process & Quality Leadership: Develop process improvements from standardization to specialization; contribute insights to process design and quality control.

Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in server and network operations.
  • Deep expertise in server hardware (diagnostics, complex component replacement, firmware management).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in network maintenance with a systematic approach.
  • Proven ability to mentor and guide junior/mid-level engineers.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
