Job Title: Windows Server Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Windows Server Systems Engineer.

This exciting opportunity offers the chance to contribute to the growth and success of our organization, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, configure, deploy, and maintain Windows Server environments.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Windows Server administration, including Active Directory, Group Policies, and security best practices. Proficiency in virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V, is also essential.

A strong understanding of backup and recovery strategies, disaster recovery planning, and troubleshooting complex technical issues related to Windows Server systems is required.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with support teams and vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless operation of our systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Windows Server Systems Engineer with a strong emphasis on administration in an on-premises virtualized and cloud environment.
  • Proficiency in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Windows Server environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team.
