Job Title

A professional opportunity has arisen for a seasoned administrative support specialist to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms and arranging travel itineraries.

This role also involves coordinating regional marketing conferences, preparing and submitting expense requests, and planning activities that strengthen the team.

In addition, the successful candidate will lead project management for regional activities, including small-scale expert meetings, third-party conferences, and large-scale corporate events.

We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual with excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize workload and seek solutions for any problems that arise.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, driving efficiency and effectiveness in running daily activities.
  • Prior experience in project management, calendar management, and travel coordination.

This role offers the opportunity to develop original approaches to non-routine situations and focus on innovation. Travel opportunities are available, approximately 20-30% of the time.
