**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Regional Trade Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of trade systems, banking operations, and risk management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain static data including customer profiles, pricing, commissions, trade conditions, and system parameters for core trade systems.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, standards, and guidelines.
  • Compile monthly performance reports to track achievement of Service Level Agreements.
  • Support the development of IMEX text skeletons for BAU change requests and projects.
  • Review and update Standard Operating Procedures annually or when there are major changes in processes and systems.
  • Support risk and control activities such as Quality Assurance Review and Risk and Control Self Assessment.
  • Support audit projects that System Administration is in scope.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to write and review user stories for system enhancements.
  • Participate in project rollout activities, including user acceptance testing and live verification from a System Administration perspective.


Requirements:

  • University degree in Operations Management, Business Management, Information Systems, or relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in banking operations or relevant experience, preferably with knowledge on trade systems.
  • Ability to plan day-to-day operational activities and propose solutions to operational problems.
  • Passionate about being a change agent within the team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain rapport with stakeholders.
  • Good teamwork and collaborative skills to work with peers and regional teams.
  • Awareness of operational risk.
