About the Role:

Requirements:
A good degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Software Engineering, or a related field, with preference given to those holding Masters or PhDs and/or relevant professional certifications
10+ years of hands-on experience in Automation, Robotics, Autonomous Systems, or related areas in development
Strong programming skills in languages such as ROS/ROS2, Python, C/C++, and knowledge of computer vision, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and kinematics/dynamics
Hands-on experience in implementing industrial robotics systems and offline simulation of robotic work cells, with proficiency in Linux OS and software like MATLAB, Gazebo, and TensorFlow
Demonstrated ability to innovate, solve complex problems, and lead cross-functional teams in an educational environment
